Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
At Hanu OTP, we strive to provide the highest quality service to our customers. However, due to the nature of our digital services (API access, OTP credits), all sales are considered final.
We do not offer refunds for any credits purchased or services subscribed to, regardless of usage. Once a payment is processed and credits are added to your account, they cannot be reversed or refunded.
The only exception to this policy is if a technical error on our end caused a double charge or if you were charged for a service that was not delivered due to a system failure on our part. In such cases, please contact our support team immediately with proof of the error.
