Once your wallet is topped up for digital SMS services, the transaction is locked. Telecom providers charge us instantly, leaving us with absolutely no mechanism to reverse credits.
EXCEPTION: In our Recharge & Bill Payment services, if a transaction or payment completely FAILS, we will provide a full refund. For successful payments, it remains NON-REFUNDABLE.
Any fees associated with the E-KYC Hub are strictly non-refundable for successful processes. Once the verification is executed, funds cannot be reversed.
Any funds allocated for Promotional SMS, OTP Services, or Transactional SMS are entirely non-refundable. Once a campaign is scheduled or funds are committed to the wallet, they cannot be withdrawn.
Fees for DLT Registration and header approvals are completely non-refundable. If rejected by the operator due to incorrect documentation, HanuOTP is not responsible.
Attempting a bank chargeback for a successful transaction is a direct violation of this agreement. Your account will be banned. We will submit server logs to defeat your chargeback claim.
If you use our platform for fraud, scams, phishing, spamming, or illegal acts, your account will be suspended permanently. All balances will be permanently forfeited.
